Trademark Watchdog App Expands Global Reach With New Translated Data and Deep-Customization Tools
Aug/14/2025
Keeping tabs on global trademarks just got easier. The latest upgrade to the Trademark Watchdog App integrates translated data from China, Japan, and South Korea’s trademark offices, eliminating transcription headaches. With new tools for figurative mark and app tracking, users can fine-tune alerts and reports—saving time, improving clarity, and staying one step ahead of potential brand conflicts.
The expanded monitoring now includes real-time, English-translated data from the Chinese (CNIPA), Japanese (JPO), and Korean (KIPO) trademark offices. That means U.S. businesses no longer need to manually convert or transcribe East Asian filings at the basic level—critical in a market where Asian applications are rising sharply. This seamless integration supports faster evaluations, more confident clearance decisions, and clearer visibility across East-Pacific filings—all from a single dashboard.
On the user side, the app has introduced a customizable profile hub with new toggles for enhanced reporting. Subscribers can now activate features like Figurative Trademarks Tracking, which sends monthly expert-reviewed reports on similar visual patterns, and Mobile App Tracking, a biannual analysis of Google Play and App Store entries resembling your mark. These enhancements stack on core tools—push alerts, similarity indicators, class overlap tracking, and real-time updates—turning the platform into a multilayered command center for trademark protection.
